Returns & Exchanges – Rentals

A 50% retainer is required to secure your rental date. All retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your event date and inventory.

Returns & Exchanges - PRODUCTS
All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

If the return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all non-defective returns.
